Salary: $110,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and consulting arrangements.
• Translate prime agreement requirements into executable subcontract structures and flow-downs.
• Coordinate milestone tracking, acceptance-package development, and invoice readiness across technical and finance teams.
• Design and implement templates, trackers, and governance processes to ensure audit-ready records.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including scope changes and terms ambiguity.
• Support program leadership with change-impact assessments and customer correspondence.

Requirements

• US Citizen required for defense program access.
• Experience administering and negotiating contracts and subcontracts in a U.S. defense contracting environment.
• Proven ability to draft, redline, and negotiate complex contract language.
• Experience building lightweight, repeatable processes in fast-moving or immature environments.
• Ability to operate independently and make defensible decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Strong understanding of milestone-based deliverables and contract execution.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Other Transaction (OT/OTA) contracts.
• Experience with acceptance-based invoicing models and multi-party subcontractor ecosystems.
• NCMA CPCM or CFCM certification.
• Experience supporting defense technology or software programs.
