Salary: $150,000 - $170,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities on federal task orders.
- Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight to ensure successful execution of contractual objectives.
- Manage program risks, interdependencies, budgets, staffing, and overall performance across multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate integration efforts between A&A work units, subcontractors, and other supporting contractors.
- Develop long-range and short-range strategic plans for systems development, maintenance, and resource planning.
- Prepare executive-level briefings and reports for Agency leadership and federal oversight organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible program management experience supporting large federal IT or cybersecurity programs.
- Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and managing subcontractors.
- Deep understanding of A&A, Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST security standards, and federal compliance.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- CISSP, CAP, or PMP certifications.
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance or DOE Q Clearance.
- Experience supporting large federal civilian agencies.
- Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity or RMF programs.
