Salary: $100,000 - $275,000

What you will do

• Own overall program execution, ensuring all cost, schedule, and technical performance targets are met.
• Develop and implement resource allocation plans while collaborating with functional organizations.
• Act as the primary customer contact, managing project teams and leading review sessions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate win strategies and competitive proposals to support business growth.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems and internal company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in project or program management within the commercial or defense industry.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as EVMS, IMP, and IMS.
• Experience working on government projects with direct customer interfaces.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
