Salary: $45,000 + Uncapped Commission ($70k-80k 1st year OTE)

• Own the full recruitment cycle, including introductions, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Utilize best-in-class technology and data to track market trends and identify opportunities.
• Negotiate agreements and act as a strategic talent partner for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different stakeholders.
• High level of resilience and a results-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated work ethic through academics, sports, or previous professional experience.
• Must be based in Tampa, FL for onsite work.
