What you will do

• Design and deploy robust data layer specifications and manage container setups using tag management systems.
• Analyze user feedback and behavioral datasets to uncover pain points and inform service design.
• Configure observability dashboards in Datadog to monitor application performance and correlate technical metrics with user behavior.
• Perform continuous tagging and analysis of user data to evaluate product performance against key metrics.
• Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources to build complex dashboards for ad hoc stakeholder requests.
• Define meaningful KPIs and indicators to measure product and service performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with 3 out of the last 5 years of residency.
• Masters Degree or equivalent experience (5+ years of relevant analytics experience).
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated ETL experience and proficiency with SQL, Python, or R.
• Deep expertise in tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
• Experience working on an Agile team and ability to work independently on high-complexity tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with data architecture, modeling, and standardization.
• Familiarity with the US Web Design System.
• Experience working with government agencies.
• Strong data storytelling skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
