What you will do

• Use data analytics to uncover insights that optimize product, risk, and growth strategies.
• Track performance metrics, user behavior, and macroeconomic trends to flag business risks.
• Write clean SQL and Python to build scalable reporting and support ML model deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulations into data models and policies.
• Support cross-functional alignment for new product launches and market entries.
• Integrate AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, copilots) to accelerate data mining and routine tasks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytically-driven role, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Familiarity with data mining, data visualization, and foundational statistical modeling.
• Must be based in the United States.
