Associate, Technology Transactions (AI)

Location: New York City; hybrid work model with an in-office expectation of 4–5 days per week.

Base salary: $270,000–$410,000 per year.

What you will do

• Draft, compare, review, and revise technology and IP transaction documents using AI agents.
• Conduct IP and technology due diligence, identify key contractual terms, and prepare client-facing diligence memoranda.
• Integrate AI agents into deal workflows, signing and closing checklists, and counterparty coordination.
• Advise clients on AI-assisted workflows that improve accuracy, transparency, and transaction velocity.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve the efficiency of technology transaction processes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor or equivalent, with admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of law firm experience primarily focused on technology transactions and/or IP transactions.
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating technology and IP agreements at volume.
• Experience supporting IP and technology workstreams in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and matter-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Practical AI fluency is expected, including the ability to demonstrate day-to-day AI tools, workflows, and outcomes.
