People and Culture Partner (HR Tech)

Salary: $120,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Own Americas people operations and build an exceptional employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Coach managers to sustain and develop company culture through effective people practices.
• Partner with centers of excellence (Talent, Learning, Comp & Benefits) and cross-functional teams like Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Manage a variety of employee relations matters and drive policy improvements.
• Identify opportunities for scalable processes and drive efficiencies across the team.
• Lead diverse People & Culture projects to enhance the workplace.

Requirements

• Must be based in the New York Metro Area to work in the NYC office 2-3 days per week.
• Demonstrable experience with employee relations and strong knowledge of US employment legislation.
• Track record in Americas People Operations using HRIS to build automated processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven approach with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience partnering with people leaders to build high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canadian employment law.
