What you will do

• Manage the disposition and migration of approximately 400 applications, including roadmap development and data capture.
• Define migration scope, dependencies, and integrations with critical hospital systems like billing.
• Act as the primary liaison between product management and merger teams to facilitate technical communication.
• Lead multiple ongoing projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and project plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of IT project management experience with a focus on healthcare IT.
• Proven experience managing IT projects related to mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare sector.
• Strong background in healthcare informatics and hospital workflows.
• Ability to manage technical aspects of projects while communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
