What you will do

• Operate the internal creative studio as a center of excellence for brand, marketing, and sales teams.
• Define and evolve the visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.
• Build and scale creative operations, including intake workflows, project management, and quality review frameworks.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted design tools to accelerate production and enable rapid iteration.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of designers, art directors, and motion artists.
• Establish design systems and asset libraries to empower internal teams to produce on-brand work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or in-house studio leadership.
• 3+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
• Proven ability to build and scale an in-house creative function with operational rigor.
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI-assisted design tools.
• Excellent communication and executive presence for presenting strategy to senior leadership.
