What you will do

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for desktop web applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to solve complex product and business challenges.
• Act as the founding designer for the AI for Enterprise Data business unit, advocating for the voice of the user.
• Execute design work in a fast-paced environment with rapid timelines and high amounts of scope and ambiguity.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company-wide design system and interaction patterns.
• Identify product gaps and rally support for proposed strategic solutions.

Requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end design for B2B and enterprise web applications.
• Extremely high proficiency in Figma with a focus on fast execution speed.
• Proven experience designing dashboards, data visualization, and domain-specific editors.
• Solid understanding of front-end development processes for web interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience in customer-facing meetings.
• A professional portfolio highlighting a diversity of product design skills.
