What you will do

• Create, record, and edit software training videos and e-learning modules using tools like Camtasia and Articulate.
• Develop and maintain client-facing knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Modernize legacy training materials into concise, engaging digital formats.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance the speed and quality of content creation.
• Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure content reflects the latest software updates.
• Manage a project backlog to deliver high-quality training assets on schedule.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Degree in Instructional Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in digital learning content, technical documentation, or multimedia creation.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Camtasia, Descript, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong written communication and technical writing skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new software applications independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini for content productivity.
• Familiarity with knowledge base platforms, LMS, or enterprise SaaS applications.
