What you will do

• Develop multimedia assets including product videos, animations, motion graphics, and reusable templates.
• Collaborate with Technical Education Developers to translate scripts and technical concepts into visual experiences.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate prototyping and content production.
• Produce and edit video content, including screen recordings, voiceovers, and captions.
• Maintain visual branding and UX within hirify.global Academy (Docebo) and Community (Gainsight).
• Ensure all assets meet accessibility, usability, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience creating multimedia or motion design assets for learning, education, or software environments.
• Must be based in Argentina.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience with scalable design systems.
• Proven experience with AI-enabled creative workflows for content creation.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles including typography, layout, and hierarchy.
• Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, or Articulate Storyline/Rise.
