What you will do

• Create and maintain technical product training and learning content aligned with platform releases.
• Produce developer-focused video content including scripting, narration, and screen recordings.
• Deliver customized virtual and in-person training for enterprise merchants and agency partners.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate platform changes into accurate learning materials.
• Conduct scoping calls to identify business objectives and personalized training needs for clients.
• Implement new learning techniques and AI tools to enhance instructional effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or developer education.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and local development practices using frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.
• Solid technical foundation including comfort with APIs, Postman, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with ehirify.global tools, SaaS, headless implementations, and payment gateways.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical topics.
