Instructional Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and develop technical product training, including eLearning courses, workshops, and simulations.
• Apply backwards design and outcome-based development to align content, activities, and assessments with measurable learning goals.
• Partner with subject matter experts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex product functionality into learner-friendly content.
• Measure learning effectiveness through formative and summative assessments, including Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects, maintain version control, and update training materials according to product release timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions in corporate, academic, or nonprofit settings.
• Experience with backwards design, outcome-based development, or similar instructional frameworks.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, multimedia design, and learning management platforms.
• Experience using AI functionality and AI-related technologies in learning tools or business workflows.
• Ability to create measurable learning goals aligned with product workflows and business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
