What you will do

• Design and develop technical product training materials, including eLearning courses, workshops, and simulations.
• Apply backwards design and outcome-based development principles to define measurable learning goals.
• Partner with SMEs, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex product functionality into structured content.
• Measure learning effectiveness using formative and summative assessments based on Kirkpatrick's Levels of Evaluation.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects and maintain version control according to product release timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions in corporate, academic, or nonprofit settings.
• Demonstrated experience applying backwards design or outcome-based development frameworks.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, multimedia design, and learning management platforms.
• Experience using AI functionality within instructional design tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
