Instructional Multimedia Designer (Education): Creating multimedia experiences for learning content with an accent on transforming complex concepts into engaging visual experiences. Focus on producing product demonstration videos, animations, and leveraging AI-enabled workflows to accelerate content production.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Mexico)
Salary: MXN 457,200 - MXN 600,000

What you will do
- Create multimedia assets including product demonstration videos, animations, motion graphics, visual aids, and GIFs.
- Partner with Technical Education Developers to translate learning objectives and scripts into effective visual experiences.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate content production and prototyping.
- Produce and edit video-based learning content, including screen recordings, annotations, and voiceovers.
- Develop reusable visual systems, templates, and standards for the Academy and Community platforms.
- Perform quality reviews to ensure accessibility, usability, and learner experience standards are met.
Requirements
- Experience creating multimedia, visual, or motion design assets for education, enablement, or software environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience creating scalable design systems.
- Experience using AI-enabled creative workflows for multimedia production and content creation.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, hierarchy, and layout.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals to reduce cognitive load.
- Must be based in Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate Storyline/Rise, ElevenLabs, or Claude.
