Director, HRBP (Technology)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid with three days in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States. A relocation bonus is available for candidates moving to Denver.

Base compensation: $150,000–$170,000 annually, plus equity and a variable compensation component.

What you will do

• Translate the Technology organization’s business strategy into workforce, talent, and organizational capability plans.
• Partner with the CTO and senior leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and role structures.
• Guide total rewards and compensation decisions using business needs, talent strategy, and internal equity.
• Drive connected talent management programs covering performance management, succession planning, critical roles, career ladders, and development planning.
• Lead change strategy, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and post-change reinforcement.
• Develop direct reports to operate as strategic HR partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as a senior strategic HRBP or HR leader in a high-growth environment.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, ideally managing and developing HR business partners.
• Bachelor’s degree; SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and talent strategy.
• Strong compensation strategy, people analytics, executive presence, and influencing-without-authority skills.
• Workday experience is required. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• Experience with Knoetic, Peakon, G-Suite, Slack, or Zoom.
