What you will do

• Continuously improve Notion’s bug-reporting and feature request funnels from intake to followup.
• Make data-informed recommendations to prioritize feature requests and scale internal escalation processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve bug management effectiveness and tooling.
• Enhance incident management workflows to ensure clear escalation paths and timely communication.
• Build and maintain documentation, training, and QA processes for customer support issues.
• Act as a customer advocate and thought partner to CX and Product teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customer support operations, product operations, QA, or technical support.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to streamline cross-functional programs or processes.
• Experience working directly with engineers, product managers, and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems using data to build consensus.
• Experience tracking and analyzing key operational metrics and KPIs.

Nice to have

• Notion product expertise.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Technical knowledge or data querying experience (SQL).
• Experience contributing to the product development process at a software company.
