What you will do
- Run the partner AI readiness program end-to-end, including tiered certification, intake workflows, and champion communities.
- Manage the global readiness dashboard and scorecards to track partner progress by country, role, and certification.
- Architect modular, segment-specific curricula (GSI, VAR, BPO, SI) with built-in localization for global scalability.
- Develop quarterly coverage plans matching training capacity to revenue opportunities and delivery risks.
- Coordinate partner sales readiness through practical certifications in pitching, discovery, and demos.
- Ensure partners have access to necessary demo environments, sandboxes, and labs for training and pre-sales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or program management within B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
- Proven track record of building training programs with measurable outcomes and curriculum governance.
- Strong operational rigor in prioritization frameworks, stakeholder management, and KPI reporting.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Professional Services, and Sales teams.
- Ability to influence without authority across different regions and organizational functions.
- Must be based in or able to work from Hoboken, NJ or Sandy, UT (Hybrid model).
