Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote in the United States or onsite from hubs in San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY

Annual base salary: $140,000–$245,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs across business and technology teams.
• Manage dependencies, align stakeholders, and guide technical discussions.
• Anticipate risks and blockers, escalate issues, and drive resolution.
• Build strong partnerships across Finance, GTM, Engineering, Business Systems, GRC, and IT.
• Improve collaboration practices, tools, structures, and delivery processes.
• Support the adoption of AI and automation across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program and project management experience in a cloud or SaaS environment supporting technology teams.
• Ability to understand technical details, guide discussions, and adapt communication for different audiences.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments and create clarity and momentum.
• Track record of building knowledge-sharing and transparency through collaboration.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, GSuite, Zoom, Notion, and Figma.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or from a US hub is required.

Nice to have

• PMP or Scrum certification.
• Experience with business systems supporting QTC, including billing platforms, Salesforce, or NetSuite.
