Chief of Staff (AI Cloud)

Location: Sunnyvale, California or Bellevue, Washington, United States

Salary: $149,000–$198,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and manage executive agendas for staff meetings, operating reviews, product and engineering forums, and leadership offsites.
• Design and improve business and operating cadences, including planning, roadmap reviews, retrospectives, and recurring staff meetings.
• Own executive-level OKR reporting and drive accountability for at-risk initiatives and mitigation plans.
• Capture decisions and action items, establish ownership and deadlines, and remove blockers or escalate issues.
• Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives involving product strategy, engineering execution, and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and strategic partnership to leadership on prioritization, organizational design, and scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, program management, product operations, engineering operations, management consulting, or equivalent roles.
• Experience working with product and engineering organizations, ideally in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or high-growth technology companies.
• Experience managing operating cadences, executive agendas, cross-functional coordination, and OKR or similar performance frameworks.
• Exceptional organization, communication, discretion, judgment, and follow-through with sensitive executive information.
• Applicants must meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements for access to controlled information.
