What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers on agent design, personas, conversation flows, and voice customization to deliver business outcomes.
• Guide customers through best practices for deploying and scaling agents across web, mobile, and telephony.
• Manage the integration of agents with existing data sources and systems using APIs and SDKs.
• Analyze agent performance data and conversational logs to identify and fix friction points.
• Own expansion outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive net revenue retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to convert technical success into durable revenue growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and navigating API integrations/SDKs.
• Proven experience owning a revenue quota and closing cross-sell opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the LATAM market landscape and cultural nuances.
