TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Leading a portfolio of the world's largest enterprise customers to integrate hirify.global as an AI-powered innovation workspace with an accent on multi-year account strategies and workflow-led expansion. Focus on building C-suite alignment, orchestrating cross-functional PODs, and driving complex enterprise deals using MEDDPICC.

Location: Must be based in the LATAM region

What you will do

  • Develop and execute deep account strategies for 3–10 global enterprise customers (Fortune 500 / Global 2000).
  • Drive workflow-led expansion by positioning hirify.global for product strategy, roadmapping, and agile execution.
  • Build executive alignment and business cases for senior leaders across Product, Engineering, IT, and the C-suite.
  • Lead cross-functional PODs including Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Value Advisory.
  • Generate and manage a strategic pipeline through executive outreach, workshops, and partner collaboration.
  • Apply MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to quantify business impact and manage complex opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience selling to enterprises with 10,000+ employees.
  • Native level proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Proven track record of closing and expanding $250K–$1M+ enterprise opportunities.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC, Champion development, and value-based selling.
  • Experience orchestrating cross-functional deal teams and managing complex account planning.
  • Must be based in the LATAM region.
