What you will do
- Develop and execute deep account strategies for 3β10 global enterprise customers (Fortune 500 / Global 2000).
- Drive workflow-led expansion by positioning for product strategy, roadmapping, and agile execution.
- Build executive alignment and business cases for senior leaders across Product, Engineering, IT, and the C-suite.
- Lead cross-functional PODs including Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Value Advisory.
- Generate and manage a strategic pipeline through executive outreach, workshops, and partner collaboration.
- Apply MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to quantify business impact and manage complex opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience selling to enterprises with 10,000+ employees.
- Native level proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Proven track record of closing and expanding $250Kβ$1M+ enterprise opportunities.
- Expertise in MEDDPICC, Champion development, and value-based selling.
- Experience orchestrating cross-functional deal teams and managing complex account planning.
- Must be based in the LATAM region.
