TL;DR

Head of Talent Acquisition: Leading global talent acquisition strategy and execution during a period of significant growth with an accent on data-driven decision-making and executive partnership. Focus on building high-performing recruiting teams, optimizing TA operations, and managing specialized hiring for technical and cleared-talent populations.

Location: Must be based in Westminster, CO (Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week). Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee) due to export control/ITAR requirements.

Salary: $161,000 – $236,500 annually.

What you will do

• Shape and execute the global talent acquisition strategy to support business transformation and growth.
• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to align workforce strategy with business priorities.
• Personally lead executive and business-critical recruitment searches.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting operations, technology, analytics, and employer branding.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, AAP, and other relevant regulations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience in complex, fast-paced organizations.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee).
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruiting teams.
• Deep experience in specialized hiring, particularly for technical, engineering, and cleared-talent populations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience leveraging talent analytics and market intelligence to drive hiring strategies.
