Salary: $119K – $281K annual cash range (zone-based compensation model).

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners to improve performance and delivery.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategy, role calibration, and execution across multiple teams.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for critical, high-impact technical roles while supporting the team on strategic searches.
- Design and continuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
- Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines using creative sourcing and market insights.
- Drive complex offer negotiations and closing strategies for senior and hard-to-close candidates.
Requirements
- Proven experience hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive, high-bar environments.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching recruiters and building high-performing recruiting teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence, challenge, and advise senior leaders.
- Data-driven mindset focused on quality, efficiency, team performance, and continuous improvement.
- Comfort balancing hands-on recruiting with people leadership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Located in EST, CT or MST time zones.
