Talent Lead (Technical Hiring) (Web3): Lead technical hiring in a globally distributed Web3 environment, shaping hiring strategy and improving how talent is attracted, assessed, and hired. Focus on building structured recruiting processes, running full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, and solving complex offer negotiations with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Location: Remote (U.S. locations). Located in EST, CT or MST time zones and overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Salary: $119K – $281K annual cash range (zone-based compensation model).

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners to improve performance and delivery.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategy, role calibration, and execution across multiple teams.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for critical, high-impact technical roles while supporting the team on strategic searches.
  • Design and continuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
  • Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines using creative sourcing and market insights.
  • Drive complex offer negotiations and closing strategies for senior and hard-to-close candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive, high-bar environments.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching recruiters and building high-performing recruiting teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence, challenge, and advise senior leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on quality, efficiency, team performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfort balancing hands-on recruiting with people leadership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Located in EST, CT or MST time zones.
