Compensation: $131,000 - $146,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and lead workforce partnership strategies supporting long-term talent goals
• Build and manage relationships with universities, workforce organizations, and training partners
• Develop strategies expanding access to emerging, early-career, and nontraditional talent
• Lead and scale programs like apprenticeships and early-career pathways
• Identify future workforce needs and align talent pathways with business strategy
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and stakeholders for execution and outcomes
• Own program lifecycles from design through measurement and improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years in Workforce Strategy, Talent Strategy, Workforce Development, Talent Acquisition, HR, or related
• 4+ years leading strategic programs, partnerships, or cross-functional initiatives
• Experience building partnerships with universities, workforce organizations, or talent partners
• Experience designing and scaling workforce programs in fast-paced environments
• Strong program management, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Legal US work authorization without sponsorship

• Experience in university recruiting, apprenticeships, or workforce development programs
• Background in consulting, government modernization, or mission-driven organizations
• Advanced degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related
• Expertise in workforce analytics, change management, and strategic communication
