What you will do

• Manage a team of sales professionals selling IGA solutions directly to end users and via channel partners.
• Drive business growth within the Healthcare team in the South Central region.
• Maintain rigor in the sales process, including pipeline management and forecasting.
• Develop and execute strategic 12-month and 3-year business plans.
• Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to identify white-space and new logo opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas, USA.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams within high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity organizations.
• Experience leading sales teams through a transition from on-premise to SaaS.
• Strong ability to articulate value propositions for identity security and risk management.
