Salary: $160,000–$215,000 per year (plus commissions and equity)

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of senior sales professionals to exceed booking and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to expand cloud security business within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, and complex contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with senior customer executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Channel, and Product to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Utilize data analytics tools like Salesforce and CLARI to maintain accurate prospect information and reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA with the ability to travel on short notice.
  • 10+ years of successful solution sales experience leading teams in cybersecurity or infrastructure software.
  • Proven track record of selling into large enterprise accounts as a first-line leader.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS competitive landscapes.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
