Regional Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Leading a team of senior sales professionals to drive revenue growth for cloud security solutions with an accent on enterprise account strategy and executive relationship management. Location: Must be based in the USA (Eastern Region preferred)
Salary: $160,000–$215,000 per year (plus commissions and equity)

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of senior sales professionals to exceed booking and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to expand cloud security business within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, and complex contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with senior customer executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Channel, and Product to drive engagement and visibility.
- Utilize data analytics tools like Salesforce and CLARI to maintain accurate prospect information and reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA with the ability to travel on short notice.
- 10+ years of successful solution sales experience leading teams in cybersecurity or infrastructure software.
- Proven track record of selling into large enterprise accounts as a first-line leader.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS competitive landscapes.
- Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
