Salary: $180,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the agentic platform and autonomous AI agents.
• Ship highly autonomous agents capable of executing complex financial workflows.
• Direct product strategy for LLM fine-tuning to optimize for fintech and payment routing use cases.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to solve ambiguous AI challenges.
• Ensure all enterprise agents meet rigorous financial governance and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI or agentic platforms.
• Must have prior experience managing a team of AI, ML, or data scientists.
• Hands-on fluency with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering on complex systems like multi-agent orchestration and APIs.
• Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.
