Salary: $157,900 - $205,400

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features from discovery and requirements definition through delivery.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and success criteria for assigned AI solutions.
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and technical opportunities into actionable delivery plans.
• Partner with engineering teams on AI experimentation, model evaluation, and tuning opportunities.
• Establish quality measures and monitor product metrics to guide roadmap investments and iterations.
• Apply responsible AI principles, focusing on transparency, privacy, security, and bias awareness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on AI product management experience, including commercial launches of AI-driven capabilities.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, AI agents, and experimentation approaches.
• Ability to use AI tools directly for rapid prototyping, product exploration, and solution validation.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on model evaluation, tuning, and iterative improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field preferred.
