What you will do

• Own the CDS strategy and roadmap, defining the vision, sequencing, and success metrics.
• Develop a content and evidence strategy in partnership with Clinical Science to ensure clinical validity.
• Conduct hands-on user research, including shadowing clinicians in exam rooms, to identify workflow friction.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and ML to ship high-quality, timely, and trustworthy in-workflow experiences.
• Integrate CDS seamlessly into EHR environments like Epic using patient chart context.
• Establish KPIs for adoption, engagement, and safety to drive an iterative culture of measurement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of complex, high-stakes, or AI products.
• Proven track record of shipping 0 to 1 products and scaling them to real adoption and revenue.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss tradeoffs regarding ML quality, latency, and reliability.
• Comfort working with evidence-based medical content with a high bar for accuracy.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical, healthcare, or medical informatics, specifically with EHR-integrated products.
• Experience building agentic or assistant-style products that reason and act across tools.
• Knowledge of medical content retrieval and grounding systems (e.g., RAG).
• Experience working in highly regulated environments with strict compliance bars.
