What you will do

• Manage CRM and data operations, including lead tracking, email campaigns, and attribution models using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website updates via Framer CMS and growth of LinkedIn presence.
• Develop sales enablement materials and targeted messaging (ICPs) for neurologists and sleep physicians.
• Lead end-to-end conference strategy, from opportunity identification to logistics and ROI analysis.
• Drive thought leadership by managing award submissions and identifying speaking opportunities for subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Analytics.
• Deep expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience in medical device or diagnostics marketing.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated promotional content and compliance review processes.
• Proficiency with no-code CMS platforms like Framer or Webflow.
