What you will do

• Lead downstream commercialization and go-to-market (GTM) strategies across the product portfolio to accelerate market adoption.
• Develop and govern product positioning, messaging architecture, and differentiated value propositions.
• Own the enterprise sales enablement strategy and optimize platforms like Showpad to improve field effectiveness.
• Establish and manage the competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis programs to inform product strategy.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for increased adoption, account expansion, and share of wallet growth.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing organization, managing budgets and agency relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or commercial roles.
• Proven track record of driving sales effectiveness and market share growth.
• Experience leading win/loss and competitive intelligence programs.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in healthcare, biotech, diagnostics, or life sciences preferred.
