What you will do

• Market online advanced healthcare degree programs to hospitals and community colleges in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and surrounding states.
• Develop and manage a dedicated territory to increase brand awareness and interest.
• Organize and facilitate approximately 15 recruiting events (information sessions) per month to hit lead and enrollment goals.
• Network with administrators at regional and state conferences to establish new partnerships.
• Collaborate with hospital leaders to gain access for recruitment sessions within their facilities.
• Utilize social media tools and marketing campaigns to expand recruiting efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, field sales, or the healthcare industry.
• Must reside in Ohio and live within a commutable distance of Youngstown State University (YSU).
• Ability to travel domestically at least 75% of the time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and CRM/Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for large geographic area management.
