What you will do

• Lead hands-on training sessions for hospital staff (nurses, porters, techs) on the safe use of hirify.global equipment.
• Provide "at-the-elbow" support during shift changes and peak hours to ensure real-time confidence in technology use.
• Serve as the primary on-site lead, coordinating day-to-day implementation activities and acting as the customer site point of contact.
• Translate technical features into clinical benefits to bridge the gap between engineering and nursing.
• Observe floor usage to identify barriers to adoption and encourage hesitant staff to adopt new workflows.
• Report site-specific feedback and bugs back to headquarters to improve product development.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER preferred).
• Professional background as a Registered Nurse, Nursing Aide, Porter, OT, PT, or PSW.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and teaching clinical peers.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally within the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator.
