What you will do

• Prepare and maintain general ledgers and supporting schedules for real asset funds.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or ASPE.
• Process capital activity calculations, including capital calls and distributions.
• Perform NAV calculations and investor-level reporting.
• Coordinate property-level data and valuations for fund consolidation.
• Support annual audit and tax processes by liaising with external advisors.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in fund administration or audit.
• Experience with real asset structures such as Property, REIT, SPV, or JV.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar accounting software.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA) preferred or in progress.
