Investment Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 82,000–105,000 in total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and communicate expert knowledge of assigned funds, ETFs, investment strategies, and capital markets.
• Provide product analysis, content, and communications for sales, marketing, portfolio management, and institutional teams.
• Support sales teams with product information, training, and responses to ad hoc inquiries.
• Conduct competitor research and maintain an understanding of competing funds.
• Assist with thought leadership analysis and participate in client interactions for assigned strategies.
• Ensure assigned funds and ETFs are positioned in line with business and sales objectives.

Requirements

• Four-year university degree in a business-related subject or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of investment market expertise.
• Excellent analytical, writing, verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Completed CFA designation or a master’s degree.
• Working knowledge of VBA and Python.
