Product Support Specialist (Investment Products)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Toronto at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in approximately late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: Total annual cash compensation of CAD 79,000–101,000, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do

• Build, update, and enhance presentations and communications for portfolio managers and senior leadership.
• Review data quality and maintain fund updates, including MRFPs, QFRs, and sales materials.
• Partner with investment analysts to produce fund-update materials and verify the consistency of fund narratives.
• Identify and implement process simplification and automation opportunities.
• Support product directors with ad hoc product information requests and targeted data analysis.
• Coordinate product content submissions and oversee data analytics for regulatory reviews, including fund risk, category analysis, and Fund Fact reviews.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of financial services experience, preferably with investment product experience.
• Interest in investing and developing expertise in investment strategies and client outcomes.
• Ability to analyze, condense, and communicate large data sets with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, communication, relationship management, and project management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• French and English bilingualism, both verbal and written.
• Strong knowledge of VBA and Python.
