Location: Must be based in Canada with valid work authorization. The role follows a hybrid schedule, currently based in Toronto with a transition to Mississauga in late 2026.

Compensation: $79,000 – $101,000 (Total annual cash compensation including target bonus).

What you will do

• Create and enhance presentations and communications for Portfolio Managers and senior leadership.
• Perform data quality reviews for fund updates, including MRFPs and quarterly fund reviews.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency through process simplification and automation.
• Partner with Investment Analysts to verify the consistency of fund narratives and investment insights.
• Coordinate and submit materials for marketing and compliance review processes.
• Oversee regulatory reviews, including fund risk and category analysis.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 1-3 years of financial services experience, preferably with investment products.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and condense large sets of data.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism (French/English).
• Strong knowledge of VBA and Python.
