What you will do

• Prepare and process client documentation, including account applications and transfer requests.
• Coordinate the onboarding process while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system.
• Liaise with custodians to monitor account opening and transfer initiation.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Completion of post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or Finance.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
• Successful completion of the Canadian Investment Funds Course (IFIC) or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
• Strong understanding of the Mutual Fund Industry and regulatory rules.
• Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.
