What you will do

• Manage a caseload of litigated Infant Approval matters from instruction through to resolution.
• Review new instructions, set reserves, and develop case strategies.
• Identify and address technical issues within files; assess and value damages.
• Support settlement negotiations and update reserves as evidence is received.
• Draft court documentation and file Acknowledgements of Service; manage court order diary when required.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet agreed performance targets while following legal procedures and client guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an office, administration, customer service, or process-driven environment.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to follow processes and work to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.
