Salary: $119,900 - $175,350 (based on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Own and scale the direct-to-consumer direct mail prescreen program, exploring new data sources and testing opportunities.
• Conduct deep performance analysis to optimize KPIs such as CAC, response rates, and conversion rates.
• Partner with Data Science to validate prescreen criteria, audience scoring, and response models.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with print, data, and agency vendors, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
• Design and execute controlled experiments on creative, targeting, and offer construction to drive growth.
• Oversee campaign budgets and forecasting, ensuring efficient allocation and high ROI.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, or analytics-focused marketing.
• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale prescreen direct mail programs (3M+ pieces/month).
• Must reside in one of hirify.global’s states of operation (AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI).
• Deep analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and experience interrogating complex datasets.
• Proven track record of managing external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in consumer lending or financial services is strongly preferred.
