What you will do

• Serve as the strategic demand generation and field marketing lead for the North American banking segment.
• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including webinars, advertising, and tradeshows.
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline and booking targets while managing the regional marketing budget.
• Shape the broader AI strategy for pipeline generation using predictive scoring and automation.
• Apply ABM strategies to scale 1:1 and 1:Few campaigns for priority accounts.
• Partner with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to align on goals and drive growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive B2B technology marketing experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep knowledge of complex selling environments in the B2B technology world.
• Experience with retail and consumer banking software is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
• Strong experience using GenAI for demand generation and content personalization.
