What you will do

• Manage hirify.global's presence at key regional industry events and conferences, including content localization.
• Track and optimize marketing performance, analyzing ROI and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within fintech or capital markets.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid work.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
• Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
