What you will do

  • Own direct mail strategy including targeting, prescreen criteria, offer design, testing roadmap, and scale plan.
  • Drive profitable acquisition by partnering with credit team on approval rates, losses, and customer value.
  • Build test-and-learn engine with structured experiments on audiences, offers, creative, formats, and cadence.
  • Influence product success by aligning mail offers and messaging with card value propositions.
  • Manage end-to-end execution from campaign planning and vendor coordination to performance tracking.
  • Act as customer advocate ensuring compliant, trust-building creative and offers.
  • Analyze full-funnel data connecting mail performance to activation, spend, retention, and credit outcomes.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience running direct mail for lending products, ideally credit cards.
  • Deeply analytical with daily use of SQL and Python for funnel performance and unit economics.
  • Understanding of prescreened acquisition strategies and marketing-credit policy intersection.
  • Highly autonomous and organized in owning end-to-end channel execution.
  • Clear communicator able to influence across marketing, credit, product, and operations.
  • Results-focused with bias toward experimentation and measurable outcomes.
