What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce features including UI components and customizations.
• Implement Lightning Web Components and manage data integrity to ensure high system performance.
• Lead Salesforce DevOps practices and build automation frameworks to improve deployment efficiency.
• Troubleshoot application issues and monitor system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events) and OOP principles.

Nice to have

• Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
• Background in regulated or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
