What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers, overseeing hiring, performance, and career development.
• Own the Dual Org Sync workstream to ensure reliable data flow between Salesforce environments.
• Drive end-to-end Salesforce-to-Salesforce data migration efforts with a focus on data integrity.
• Design and support scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce data solutions.
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and agentic approaches to automate workflows and improve data quality.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical plans with business needs and manage project risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering, including 4+ years on the Salesforce platform.
• 2+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Components, Flow) and data modeling (SQL, SOQL).
• Proven experience with enterprise integrations, migrations, and data lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI technologies or LLM-powered automation to engineering workflows.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating the application of AI/agentic tooling in professional projects.
