Salary: $86,000 - $118,000

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce features, including analysis, UI components, and customizations.
• Implement Salesforce Lightning components and manage SFDC data to ensure high-quality user experience and system performance.
• Lead Salesforce DevOps practices, building automation frameworks and creating test strategies to improve deployment efficiency.
• Troubleshoot application issues and drive continuous improvements through innovation and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven ability to design complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications and performance optimizations.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events), OOP principles, and design patterns.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto and able to work in the office at least three days a week.

Nice to have

• Platform Developer II (or similar) certification.
• Familiarity with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Experience working in regulated or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
