What you will do

• Architect and implement complex hirify.global solutions across Sales and Service Clouds.
• Develop intelligent automation using Agentforce, Agent Builder, and Flow Builder.
• Write clean, efficient Apex code following platform best practices and design patterns.
• Design robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Perform QA and code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Optimize system performance using professional developer tooling like Apex Log Analyzer and Query Plan Tool.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of API and web services development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• hirify.global Certified Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD technologies like Jenkins and Git.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in AI developer tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or CodeWhisperer.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS or Heroku.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
