Software Engineer (Salesforce)

TL;DR

Software Engineer (Salesforce): Maintaining and driving enhancements to the Salesforce.com platform with an accent on designing visual force pages, complex triggers, and custom objects. Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Create and maintain applications interfacing with Salesforce.
• Evaluate existing processes to determine Salesforce-enabled enhancements.
• Manage daily support and long-term improvement operations for the internal Salesforce instance.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within the platform.
• Collaborate with project managers and internal departments to design cohesive project strategies.
• Ensure the Salesforce environment supports functionality and performance needs across marketing and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Apex, Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate), or .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Must be based in or able to work from Manila, Philippines.
