GTM Strategic Transformation Lead (AI)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; hybrid working environment with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Target salary: $196,350–$292,600 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Lead AI-enabled go-to-market transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Define business outcomes, target user experiences, operational improvements, KPIs, and value realization plans for AI initiatives.
• Translate complex transformation and technology topics into executive-level recommendations and lead governance and decision forums.
• Audit revenue operations workflows to identify opportunities for AI, agentic automation, and workflow redesign.
• Shape and prioritize use cases within the GTM Sales AI Center of Excellence.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, resources, sequencing, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, runbooks, and implementation plans across strategic workstreams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, digital innovation, or a related discipline.
• Consulting or consulting-style experience structuring ambiguous problems, synthesizing complex information, preparing executive recommendations, and driving implementation.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide GTM strategic execution initiatives in matrixed environments.
• Deep understanding of GTM functions, operating models, business processes, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence.
• Practical understanding of AI-enabled workflows, automation, copilots, agentic solutions, advanced analytics, or intelligent process redesign.

Nice to have

• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, boutique strategy firm, systems integrator, or internal consulting or strategic execution team.
• Experience leading AI-enabled GTM execution, digital innovation, automation, or emerging technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with agent-based workflows, automation platforms, orchestration layers, data and system dependencies, and workflow redesign patterns.
• Experience establishing governance models, prioritization frameworks, operating rhythms, and adoption plans for large-scale transformation portfolios.
